You think you would like to obtain a dog, so we would like you to take a few moments and answer these questions honestly, to be sure this is an obligation you are willing to take on. Remember "A dog is for LIFE". This commitment should NOT be taken lightly.

If the Home/family Is Not Acceptable, a Full Refund of Deposit Will Be Made to You as Soon as Possible, or in the Event of There Not Being a Pup Suitable to You from the Litter, a Full Refund Will Be Made.
